currently soaking up all the street style looks. eva chen killed it in this bright sweater and jeans lewk. those shoes are heaven.
thomas keller’s butternut soup with brown butter, sage and nutmeg creme fraiche will be my first fall soup.
i could (and would) eat all of molly yeh’s roasted potatoes with paprika mayo.
farrow and ball released 16 new paint colors. they’re all great but this one (deep reddish brown) is my favorite.
gorgeous. especially in a library or dining room. probably lacquered.
love this one too. orange colored white. like a creamsicle. maybe in a subtle sheen on some kitchen cabinets. with some ridiculous marble countertops and aged brASS.
speaking of paint….i am doing a little makeover-lite on fiona’s room. i had my fave ben moore store here in atlanta (rosing paint center on chattahoochee if you’re local) match a patrick baty for papers and paints color and i love it. it’s the perfect taupe-lavender-gray-rose. she said it looks like meat and now i can’t unsee it but i’m trying to. i’ll keep you posted on progress.
we started watching this last night. i don’t hate it yet. so that’s good. it’s definitely campy and gory. do you plan on watching?
i’m trying to plan my escape to go see the downton movie. everything has to be just right. middle of the day. no one there. big trough of popcorn. sweat pants. etc. have you seen it???
