i found the perfect winter jacket.

fall brings with it a new denim trend every single year.

this year it’s the full length straight leg. that’s not to say all other styles are dead and gone. with the right shoe any style of denim can be current.

here are the styles you need (and by you i mean me because i for real own TWO PAIR OF JEANS).

let’s start with the full length straight leg:

on the left. love the colors. anyone know who makes the skirt? i've looked and looked.

i actually DO wear this look on the left most days. there is really nothing easier than a white button down.

see above. those shoes are amazing.

she’s cute, without trying hard to be.

this is more than i would usually wear in any situation but i like it nonetheless and like the styling a lot.

a dress is just easy. she looks cute in this one from ganni.

giant earrings, simple hair and minimal makeup are key here.

i am 1000% here for all of this.

a black house. so much cooler than all white. not literally. because maybe we'd all be roasting inside? does it work that way? i mean, is it science? eh...i'd still risk it.

this door knocker. undeniably cute against the blackness of my house.

fall. so i can wear things like this chloe coat. which is sold out and very very expensive. but we're manifesting so it's ok.

these boots. which was love at first site. manifesting the shit out of these. i'd wear them with everything and most likely everywhere. people'd be like...we get it! you love those boots. (insert eye roll emoji)

a new laundry situation. let's be honest...this is really me manifesting a new washer and dryer. but i will accept a new laundry room (attached to a new kitchen).

LANDSCAPE HELP. i have ideas. and no means to do them. mostly in manpower. i need about 10 men to come rip shit out and just give me a blank canvas. because...

i'd like to throw an end of summer outdoor dinner party.

it won't be for everybody. not even sure if it's entirely for me. but i deeply deeply appreciate the personality injected into this home. i am weary of most decor these days. which is why i rarely ever post it anymore. it's either too formal, too impersonal, too insipid or unattainable.

behold the exact opposite of those things...

the owner hand painted those tiles in the bathroom.

i'd like to spend a night here. maybe christmas eve.
