bury me here

there are few words i can muster (you’re welcome) about this paris apartment designed by fabrizio casiraghi. but i will say that if i had a million dollars to buy a big, perfect house or a tiny shack and have this guy decorate it i’d chose the latter.

just stop it. the symmetry.

the pleats. but just the details in general.

the ellsworth kelly inspired painting on the ceiling. this is an idea worth stealing.

i think this is where i would like to be buried. under that noguchi lantern and it’s bright orange tassel pull with a view of those mint green cabinet handles in the kitchen.

👅

the table and rug combo is almost too much for me to take.

are you seeing the green velvet shade and valance? just making sure.

take a moment and consider the way color here is doing a thing that you probably don’t even understand and yet you do. (stop letting me write)

when in doubt do a striped curtain.

the end.

australia is the dream

i do love australian home tours perhaps the most. especially when the weather is promising warmth and porch sittin’. it feels attainable.

i am always captivated by all white. i want to try it some day. also it’s taken me a while to get on the plant train. i am fully on it. however, it seems about as attainable as all white.

homey and inviting no?

really though it’s all about the outside of this house. how much do you wish you could transport yourself here right now?
